    Garden Tropicals

We stay focused on each part of the total picture

Bring the Tropics to your Northeast Garden

Tropical plants can add color and texture in unique ways. Use them in potted arrangements with other flowers or make a bold statement as a stand alone plant. With enough heat and humidity tropicals are very easy to grow.

Here are some of the more common tropical plants used in our area.

    1. Bougainvillea-One variety that is widely grown.
    2. Canna Lily-With showy foliage with blooms that rise above.
    3. Hibiscus-Similar to the Rose of Sharon
    4. Mandevilla-Vigorous free flowering vine.
    5. Passion Flower-Complex climbing vine.
